It has just started condemning and protesting. Every District, Upazila, and Divisional stage protests and human bondage. As a result, Mpo teachers are moving towards one or two feet of movement. Which cannot be desired by the education system? Demand for the retirement and welfare fund, with the minimum age of 20 years of retirement. The entire education system should have equal opportunities. But today it is divided into three categories: public, private, non-MPO. If there is such a division in the education system, it will be possible to improve the quality of education.
After retirement, I request a sincere request to prepare the policy for arranging the retirement and welfare funds to be sent to each respective account within one month.

If someone leaves the job because of resignation or for some other reason, then request him to pay the proportionate amount to him. It turns out that many people can not finish the job for 60 years, then the amount of money spent on retirement and welfare funds will be calculated. This is not good for non-government. teachers. There is a need for equal opportunities for everyone.
Development of a developed nation cannot be possible in the education system. MPO education system has to be changed so all in all changes Do not let the teachers spend the extra 4% before cutting down on their healthy life.

All these problems should have been solved by this money.

To give back the money given to the teachers, the retirement and the welfare funds will cause a crisis of money?
